The college-level curriculum has been designed to help post-secondary educators motivate college students to write for an authentic purpose to real-world audiences. This curriculum provides instructors with a series of assignments that help students produce a final essay through multiple drafts. Students will be guided to produce a This I Believe essay appropriate both for the personal essay assignment and for publication on the This I Believe website, possible broadcast on public radio, or as podcasts on the Internet.
