Madeleine Urbaszewski wrote this essay for a class assignment at Mount Carmel Academy in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is currently attending Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, Georgia, and is majoring in Elementary Education. She makes it home to New Orleans as often as she can, and when she does, she always makes sure to stop and get some jambalaya or a shrimp poboy.
