The American Dream

America was built from the ground up. In the beginning of our illustrious history we started with hard peasant workers with a few overlords. Each of these peasants was working for a dream. The dream that everybody could get rich, have there own land, and there own freedom. This dream was often not attained but because a few people attained the American dream it has kept this dream alive. When the rare occasion occurred that somebody actually achieved the American dream I believe it was done by one way.

The American Revolution portrays this because, I the Americans and you the Americans, rose up against the tyrant, Great Britain, to break away so that we could better ourselves and have a new beginning. The first step towards the American dream was breaking away from Great Britain. In doing this I and you will give future generations the opportunity to have high hopes and obtain the American dream.

I was in London a couple summers ago. Where I ran across a street artist talking about different countries. When the artist ran across the U.S. He talked about how americans thought they were twice as better then every other country in the world. I then began to tell the him, the only reason I am better than anyone else is because I have worked to earn it. I then thought to myself its funny how that works for thousands of years many tried to break away from Great Britain to become free. I myself have worked twice as hard to reach and do what I have done. Not just me but I believe now most all of America has worked twice as hard to reach where it is. The reason I am powerful and successful is because of my hard work and my actions.

I was born in the back woods in Fluvanna County, Virginia right down the road from Chris Daughtry there wasn’t much around, A little store here and a gas station there. As time has gone on though I eventually moved into charlottesvile with my family and worked hard in school and now I have attained my American dream for the time being which able to go to a four year university.

The American Dream can be accomplished no matter what stature u come from, The dream can be anything you want it to be, The dream includes getting rich and changing your stars. Two ideas that was unknown before America exsisted.
