Anyone Can Have a Second Chance

I believe that anyone can have second chance. I believe this because if you did something that you regret to someone but wish you could re-do it. Hopefully that person would give you a second chance. I know I would.

I was at school one day and did badly on a paper. I went to my teacher

after school and she said that I could have a second chance. I was very happy that she gave me a second chance on my paper. I did better the next time.

One day my family and I went to a restaurant. When the waitress came up and took our order she said it was her first day. So she took our order and took it to the chef. When she came back with our food we told her it was the wrong food. Instead of walking out we gave her a second chance.

What happened if you are going to meet someone new. But you are in a

really bad mood so you are not very nice to them. After they have left you feel really bad. You call them the next day and apologize and the person you met gives you a second chance. You turn out to be good friends.

If you don’t give someone a second chance then why should anyone give

you a second chance? If you just go by first impressions then why would

anyone give you a chance for a second impression?

You can see second chances every where even in places you don’t expect

it. In jail they give you a second chance. If you steal something and go to jail they let you out after couple of mouths or a couple of years. They let you out because they gave you a second chance.

Now I’m not asking you to give a mass murder a second chance. I’m just

asking you to give someone a second chance that deserves it. So I thank you for the time you took to read my “This I Believe” Story. This I believe that anyone can have a second chance.
