This I Believe

I Believe in peace.

Such a contradiction is the term “just war”, for just is defined as something

Morally and ethically correct. Something that isn’t debatable or controversial.

I don’t think it’s right to watch a single missile that costs twice as much as

the average salary in America being used to kill and traumatize innocent lives.

As the old saying goes, “make peace, not war”.

But unfortunately, we like in a society where war is justified though various means,

Religion being a major one.

How can a person who swears their loyalty to god

Find it right to kill?

Praise the lord and pass the ammunition…
