Teamwork

I believe that being part of a sports team is a great life experience. Being part of a team brings out the best in everybody. Teamwork brings out certain assets from every person involved whether it be through being a leader or a follower. You develop lifelong friendships with your teamates because you have been with them through thick and thin on the playing field which generates trust off the playing field as well. The lessons learned while playing with a team can help you much later in life. Your coaches become your bosses and your teamates become your coworkers. Because of your experience as being part of a team, you will succeed in your careers as well. I’ve played baseball since I was four and I make friends through every team I have played for. Some of my best experiences of friendship have come through my baseball teams. This I believe.
