Truthfully, do you work hard every single day of your life? Do you try your best and try new things a hundred percent of the time?

Most people do not, but that is my belief and I think that people should believe in themselves and work hard. Now I might just be a freshman in some eyes, but I, as well as others, have beliefs. When you believe in yourself and believe in what you love and what you can do, you will succeed. For example, if you want be a famous doctor when you grow up, than work hard, believe in yourself and have a passion for being a doctor.

When people have a passion or love for something they work really hard and try their very best. Always try new things in life, and that will help you inch you a little further to your goal in life. Everyone has a goal in life, but everyone has to work to reach it. If you sit back and do nothing you may not reach your goal.

As an example, I used to be scared of trying new things, but my mother taught me that it was okay to try new things. If you don’t try you don’t succeed. If I didn’t try a new kind of food I may never know if I would’ve liked it. “If you don’t like it, you don’t like it. If you do like it, you do like it.” To me that means that trying new things can help you find what you love and have a passion for.

I did not know if I wanted to do marching band. I saw that my parents would support me and I thought, why not? I ended up trying marching band and I ended up really having a passion for it. It is a lot of work, but I put my mind to working hard and I did what I wanted to do.

That has happened other times in my life, such as when I moved. I definitely needed to get out of my box and try new things. I needed a kick in the rear end to get me going. It was definitely difficult at first, but that is how all new things are going to be.

I hope my belief has helped you realize what is important in your life. Nothing really exciting or tragic has happened in my life, but I still had a story to tell and I told it. I may not lead an interesting life, but I work hard and try new things to find what I love. Believe in yourself, work hard and find what you have a love for.

The only word left I’d like to say is: Believe.
