Mystical Music By
Changing every person that it touches, the power of music is what I believe in.
Changing a person is what music does best. Depending on what kind they listen to, it could change their outlook on life or maybe even how good your grades are. For instance, it’s said that if you listen to classical or slower beat music before a race, or something along those lines, then you will be more energetic, and will do better. On the other hand, if you listen to hard rock or screamo before, you could do much worse. Same with your grades, if you listen to classical music before a test or while you’re studying, then that will calm you down and prepare you for your test. Your outlook on life may be affected by what you listen to. If you listen to Christian or music with a good message, you may have a positive outlook, but you may get the opposite effect with hard rock.
I often listen to music when I am sad. Doing this takes my mind off all other things and pulls me into its strong grasp. Music is also a good way to congregate people. I don’t know one person who doesn’t like music. People are unknowingly depending on music to keep them company when depressed. It makes us happy, and makes us want to dance and sing along with it. This brings us together in a way that most don’t understand.
Music has some soft of a mystical power. Have you ever gone to church and they happen to come across this really deep song? Well, that’s happened to me. I was sitting in my chair and singing along while trying to pick out the message in between the words. All of a sudden the message was clear to me and it touched me where not even a sword could penetrate. My soul. This mystical power music has can do much more than that. That’s why most couples have “A song”.
All this leads back to my belief. I believe in the power of music.
