I believe that everything in life happens for a reason, good or bad. The older I get the more I realize it that it is true. By hearing other peoples stories and what they have gone through and how it helped them learn either in a good or bad way.
When I was about 12 years old, my life was going good and everything with my family was going good and how normal healthy family is supposed to go or so I thought. I believed that parents get divorces without thinking about what this might do to their kids in the future or if they do it is one of the last things that they think about. My parents are the main reason I believe that everything happens for a reason. I believe that that I would not be the person that I am today. I would not be so caring to those close to me; I wouldn’t look at certain things the way that I look at them now. I believe that if it never happened, my brother and me would still be close.
I believe that certain things happen, so it can define them for the rest of their live and how people look at certain things. I believe that there is a set plan for everyone’s life and that is the big reason things happen for a certain reason. I also believe that though people don’t believe this, it still affects their lives. I believe that the way that you look things is because what has happened in the past.
I believe that most people believe that everything does happen or at least believe that one thing makes them think a certain way. I believe that no 12 years old or any kid at that matter should go through a divorce of their parents. I believe that something like that is too emotional for a kid to go through and it could change them completely around from the person that they were. I can remember the day I found out it was happening to me! I was sitting on the couch watching TV; my mom walks in the room and says I have something that I have to tell you. She told me and I was speechless and went straight to my room without saying anything and broke down n cried as soon as I entered it. Everything about me changed; I gave up on somewhat on different things. They just didn’t matter to me anymore. I lost just about all my friends, I didn’t care about school anymore, and the biggest thing that I gave up was sports.
I believe that this event happens to me for a reason and made me mature so much faster. I believe it made me more caring for others and what they went through. I believe that everything in life does happen for a reason and a purpose.
