I believe – that as an African American woman I can find my own Religion. It took me a while but, I am finally got it. Living in Cuba Florida — I saw Santero/as all over the place. But, I didn’t know how that fitted me!!! But, I believe this religion is Mind!!! I was shipped from Africa as a slave (at least my forefathers) and I have been searching for my Religion for a while. Finally I found it and it WAS presented as a Spanish Religion.

Nahh people I believe means just that — my belief is this religion is Yoruba — African through and through. So, the next time you see a PR, Cuban, wearing beads .. know this — this religion is Mine!!! African American Woman — not, Cuban, not Puerto Rican, but African through and through.

This is My belief — soo people stop getting it twisted … Religion and Culture makes us a people. This is what I believe.

I am a Traditional African Woman with a Great Religion Ifa and Orisha!!!

I believe!!!
