This i believe. i believe that young people today can still learn and glean from the leaders in our community. The same structure we had as a child that shaped our genaration and older. If elementary, junior high and high school childern were made to visit the authority in nursing homes , schools ,churches, neighborhoods. To serve or just listen to thier story, accomplishment , walls they overcame. The very thing you didnt appreciate when you were young . The neighborhood mother that never missed anything you did, good or bad, one phone call seem to reattach you to the authority of a parent. but also looked out for you when it was pouring rain and your mother hadnt made it home yet. The pastors and teachers that occaisionaly had to swat you for misbehavin at school. The soft voices the reassuring hand, the stumped frames i look back and still believe in the teachers of old.
