I Believe

I think life is way more than people make it. There are so many amazing opportunities in life that many people miss out on because they waste their lives. People throw away their time focusing on the simple pleasures in life, which doesn’t get people anywhere in the future. Many people just want a quick satisfaction that is offered to them by sinful things like drugs, alcohol, sex, etc. Life is more than just these things. I believe that life has more meaning than most people will ever know.

These things I’m talking about are very common in this world and if that simple satisfaction is “needed”, it is easy to get. I think struggles like this are in all of our lives, and of course it’s different for everyone. I know that I have dealt with these situations and have been tempted by sins similar to these. I have spent most of my teen life dealing with sin and have definitely struggled with making the right choices. But when it came down to it, there was a point in my life when I decided I wanted more out of this life, and I strive to be more than just this person drowning in sin. I have devoted my life to God and he has granted me the strength to be the person he desires me to be. God has completely filled my life with His love and passion and has taken those sinful desires completely out of my life. He longs to do this for all of us.

I have had many hardships in my life, many of which we all deal with. I have sinned. I have lied, cheated, and stolen. But I am forgiven. That may be the difference between us. However, we can all be forgiven. All we need to do is ask. If we just talk to God, pray to him, and spill out our lives to him, he will listen. He is eager to hear everything you have to say, and He wants to help you live this life the right way.
