life is all about little details
Share This Essay:
I believe life is all about the little details, simple victories, or whispering sweet nothings in a loved ones ear. Appreciating the little details is simply rule number 37 in the book of how to survive. Without the small things, we would be nothing. The little details are what make up the world and also every reason it keeps spinning.
I am simply talking about that every day things that we pass off and do not think twice about. It can be as simple as waking up to hear the birds singing or even the smell of freshly cooked bacon. But it can also be as complex as seeing my one true love for the first time. For me I do my best to notice these things and I do almost every weekend, when I see my one true love, Sharice. Just looking in her eyes, holding her hand or even feeling her warmth, brings a happiness to me that can not be defined. These are the things I believe we should try to focus on. The way I see it is that the little details and little moments build up into things that are huge and that can make or break a person and their mood. Whether it is seeing the right signs to propose or deciding I finally want a kid. During each day, we make thousands of decisions that never cross our mind. In each one of our decisions, there is a little thing that makes us happy. Now how many people take the time or even have the time to notice these things? By stopping and appreciating the value of the small things, is when someone can be truly happy. I do my best to notice these things and I guarantee it can make any person’s day Brighter, but this comes with the understanding that not every day is sunshine and rainbows. Even on the worst of days, noticing these things can simply keep my soul alive. As long as we always remember that, the little details all add up to an unforgettable moment that will last as a memory until you are old and gray. Whether it is tucking my kids into bed, walking my daughter down the isle, or simply waiting for the one I love to say yes. It is the little details we have to start with, and it is the little details that keep us going, until our time has come to an end.
