The Bigger Person
Share This Essay:
Have you ever had to be the bigger person? I don’t mean how tall you are, but how you are a leader. My cousin and me got into a fight because I kept on bothering him. We wouldn’t talk to each other in family reunions. As time passed it was making me feel sad and lonely. I decided to become the bigger person by starting to talk to him.
My life in the past was tough because I never thought on how being the mature person helps in problems. I believe in being the bigger person. To become the wise person you need to step up in any situations and talk to the other person who you may have a problem with.
My hopes for the future are, people should always be the wise person. I hope this because if people were the mature person, there would have not be many problems. If you do something bad just be the respectful person by apologizing or saying it was your fault.
Being the bigger person is like being a hero. It’s like being a hero because you’re stepping up to the plate.
