In order for anyone to succeed in life they must have something to drive them. I believe that in the motto forgive and forget. Forgive and Forget can apply to my life in many ways.

The motto forgive and forget I believe in for many reasons. I use it as often as I can and it had gotten me through a lot because it helps me stay calm during some situations.

I have many little siblings and I ma the oldest so I have many responsibilities. I get very upset though when I get trouble for not doing my chores. But my siblings often get away without doing theirs. I believe that when I tell myself Forgive and Forget I can let it go easier.

The day that my cat had her kittens was a rough day. She had them in my room and my siblings were very interested. They kept wanting to go in my room. I finally decided to let them go in and they trashed my room. I was as angry as fire on the run. It toke a few minutes but forgive and forget kept me from getting too angry. I believe that Forgive and Forger helped me through this long day.

Another time Forgive and Forget helped me was when I was babysitting three of my younger siblings. While I was watching them I had to leave the room for a few minutes. When I came back the living room was a pigsty. It was as messy as if it were hit by a tornado. I was furious. I would have lost my self-control if I did not believe in Forgive and Forget. I believe Forgive and Forget once again saved me.

Forgive and Forget is a motto I learned when I was really little. To me Forgive and Forget means to forgive people who have harmed me or made me angry. I also believe that it means that once you have forgiven that you don’t keep bringing it up you forget about it. Because you already forgave, forgetting gets it out of your mind and ends the process.

I believe in Forgive and Forget. Forgive and Forget is what pushes me through life. It is short but very powerful. Sometimes the most simple things are what matter the most like Peace, Justice, and Hope. I believe that if more people live by the simple but powerful things in life than the long and complicated things that don’t matter. Our world would function better and more peacefully. And all this I do believe in.
