I have learned that life is short, so I should always give it my best. So many people today just waste their life by getting into trouble. There are some people who grew up in a culture and it’s impossible to get their life back. Also; some people do have the chance to change but decide not to. They would find it easier to get into more trouble and spend half their life in jail or in bad moods. I don’t like it when people say, “My life sucks,” or “I’d rather just die,” because life can be amazing if you want to make it that way.
Some people don’t even get the chance to live their life. More people are diagnosed with diseases and cancer every day. I don’t think people should take their life for granted. People think their life is unhappy, and then their life will turn out to be that way. If I live my life to the best though, then my life can be really fun and what I want. I know someone who as a child there life was a mess. His parents always fought, his dad was an alcoholic and he always thought that his life was ruined because of his childhood.
When he was about eighteen, he knew he had to change his life around. It was a good thing he had friends and some family to help him get through this. He was the one who decided he didn’t want to live his life the way it had been. So, he began to always think good things not bad. He got a good job and a good place to live, and then started living his life they way he always wanted to. He even started to influence me a lot. I would read the things that he would write on his blogs or often place.
He would always tell me to live my life the best way I could. He said to never give up if I wanted something and to always cherish life the best I could. I used to care what people thought of me when I was younger, but now that I am older, it doesn’t really matter that much to me anymore. It’s my life so I should live it how I want to and not how others think I should. To this day, I learned that life is short, so I should always give it my best.
