I believe in being able to make your own decisions with your life. When an adolescent reaches a certain age, I believe they should be able to make their own decisions despite what his guardians, elders, and parents might think. Their input is needed, but the decisions should be left up to the person in the end. What a parent might think is best for their child when they child disagrees with them, is not best of the child. What is best for the child is to make the decision on their own, even if they are wrong.
