Do you ever ask your self why am I doing this? Is this really worth my time and my money? Well I believe in what makes you happy and to always be happy. Like if you are doing a sport or activity that you are just to do it and you are not getting any joy out of it don’t do it. It is always good to be happy because you might make the people around you not that happy too.

Right now I am playing football and I am enjoying it. It makes me happy so I will still play. If I put in just a little effort I will not have fun. If I am working my hardest in practice I will get a lot more out of it, like having fun. If it didn’t make me happy I would not play. It would be a big waste of time if I played it and absolutely hated it. I could be doing my homework instead of football.

I have played basketball for the last four years of my life. I am not going to play this year because of many things. I have really bad knees and if I play my knees will kill. If my knees hurt horrible I will not be able to have fun. It does not really make me happy because the practices feel like a chore, when I am at school I am thinking “dang I have basketball practice today” I don’t think that is a good sign that I have fun at practice. Basketball feels more like a chore to me than an extra fun thing.

If you are paying for a yoga class or a dance class and you are not having fun that is a waste of money. There are some things that you have to do so you have no choice. For example I have to clean my room and it is not that fun. In the end I am happy that my room is clean so it is good in the end.

I am going to continue to do thing that I love and make me happy. I am going to play football and baseball because they make me happy. I will start to play the drums again because I miss the happiness that they bring me. I am a very happy person.
