Most of the kids you see are listing to music, or even singing to them self. Everyone has a different taste in music, starting from hard music like AC/DC to soft music to Canonin. This I believe music is a way of life.
Ever since I was five, I been listing to music, from barney on the morning cartoons, to lullaby’s to put me to sleep. Music now is just a normal way of living. Everywhere I go there is music playing, fast food restaurant, in the car, or even in an elevator. If I have had a bad day, some slow music sets my mood, or even listing to comedians sing, turns my frown up side down.
After having a rough day of school then having to go to work makes me not want to do anything but lie down and turn on the radio, not caring what’s on as long as the music is playing. Everyday when someone isn’t talking to me or if I’m not at work I always have the head phones in. Always playing songs that keep me cheered up. I don’t go anywhere without the mp3 player in my pocket.
Music is the way of life. I don’t think I have gone a day without listing to a single song. The first paycheck I got I bought a I pod so I can have my jams when ever and wherever. I even got posters on my wall to represent the artist I like. Even my computers desktop has a picture as my favorite artist.
My parents have always wondered what I want to do with my life, what are my passions. It’s clear to me that music is the way to my life. Either being the guitar player for a band or the manager for them. I fall asleep listing to music, wake up listing, take a shower, and I’m even writing this paper listing to music.
The near future holds a lot for me, not knowing what I am going to do when I’m old is fine because I know my music well always be there for me. This I believe music is a way of life.
