Starbucks
I believe in Starbucks. Some people like Peets’ Coffee but I just can’t get enough of Starbucks, what is it about Starbucks that keeps me wanting to go back? Is it the funny smell of coffee? Or is it the noisy atmosphere, with espresso machines and the soft music? I can’t put my finger on it but I think it’s the drinks. Or is it the little snacks, sandwiches, or cakes? If something is not on the menu they could make it like secret drinks not on the menu, for example pumpkin pie latte and other amazing drinks. Not only can you get a drink they also have food, Sandwiches, cakes, yes almost any cake you name it. I personally like Starbucks in the morning and a little snack with my drink. I treat myself to a Starbucks drink and sandwich in the morning once in a while. I can taste it now a hot chocolate and a nice chicken sandwich. That should wake me up. Sometimes it feels like I can just gulp the drink down and when it’s all gone it makes me want to get more. Starbucks is pretty much a multi purpose place. It’s a place for food, drinks, or just a place to go to hang out or to meet friends and waste time.
The funny thing is that you can find a Starbucks pretty much anywhere you go around the world, whether it’s China, Japan, or Australia. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a Starbucks in the middle of a desert! It’s amazing because no matter what your favorite drink is it tastes the same in every Starbucks. In Danville there are 3 Starbucks in the same road. So last week I was sitting at home trying to get some work done but I couldn’t, it was hard for me I needed Starbucks. I headed to Starbucks. As soon as I got there I could see kids sitting inside doing homework. It’s a little like a lounge, they have couches and table but also seats. Just by sitting in Starbucks and drinking my drink I was able to get my work in no time I was done, it’s just so weird; it’s because of the environment. Imagine you are sitting in a Starbucks. What can you picture? Just a coffee shop? I think not. The walls are dark olive green and it seems a little dim inside the store, it gives you a relaxing feel. They even have jazz music playing lightly. In other coffee places it seems like everyone’s conversation is too loud and you can’t concentrate. In Starbucks it’s quiet and a perfect place to have some peace and do what you need to do. I know I could I spend hours in Starbucks. Any ways I got myself a drink and got my work out to do. There is something about the atmosphere that helps you get some work done. So if I have work to do you can be sure in sitting in a Starbucks somewhere in the world.
I believe in Starbucks. I believe in their nice employees and the amazing drinks they make and how clean the place is all the time. It’s all of this and the strange concentration power that the stores provide. I just love Starbucks. I believe in Starbucks for their service. I believe in Starbucks for their drinks and foods. I believe in Starbucks for the funny and stupid sounds their machines make that seem to help you concentrate in the store. I guess you could say that Starbucks is like the mystery spot of cafés. I will never stop going to Starbucks unless their drinks start to cause brain damage, yea that would be the day.
