I Believe

Materialistic things may be nice, but the real essentials in life are found in a pedigree. One’s family is the foundation of all human needs. Parents use their money for material needs, but they also do much more. They provide for their children’s most important needs, needs that cannot be purchased. Love and acceptance are what every human craves. Friends are another great source of all needed emotions because they are your family outside of the home.

From the minute you are born, all the way to the minute you die, your relatives, big and small, are always close by your side to support you through all your adventures in life. Your parents work very, very hard, from the early morning to the late night, so they can put bread on the table, as well as provide toys, clothes, etc for their children. Children cannot get jobs and literally have very little or no money for themselves. Nonetheless, there’s no law saying that a parent must buy his/her child materialistic things; parents do this because of their love.

Other than materialistic things, family stills gives several important and everlasting gifts, more cherished than any toy or video game could ever be. Love, respect, trust, and compassion are what really bind family and children together. The love and passion for one another is unmatched by any outside force. Even though family and friends may sometimes be upset with one another, and we may have arguments, deep down our love will never end. Families and friends don’t make fun of us or treat us bad because their love is sincere.

Without a doubt, family and friends are two of the most important necessities in anyone’s life. Without them, we all would lack love and acceptance and be totally depressed at all times. Our family brightens up our day and our friends make the day worth navigating. While our parents work at their jobs and we work at school, our friends serve as our family, and, in a way, are a form of family. They too offer love and acceptance.

Family is what gives life to the world. Family is what makes each day meaningful. Family helps alleviate all pain, physical and emotional. Truly, we share an everlasting bond with our family that can never be broken. This bond makes us one. If a family member is sad, we are all sad. If a family member is happy, we are all happy. Family is without a doubt the greatest thing in this life, and that is what I believe.
