Children of the age from eight and up should have a cell phone. The cell phone needs to have minutes, so that they can talk for ever, texting so that they can say whatever they want to, and music because they can walk and go while listening.

The children’s cell phone needs minutes, so that they can talk forever because, Dr. AT&T says” minutes is the most important thing that cell phones need. The minutes are like their food source”. He also says that to recharge the food source so that he can eat over and over again.
