I believe public radio should not “sell out” to corporate sponsors. Ex: Miami Herald should NOT be a news source. Thrivant for Lutherns lost approxiametly $100,000 for my family. And, The Splendid Table insulted “blue collar” workers by saying they were afraid to enter a restaurant because they saw “blue collar” workers in there. If you feel that way, DON’T GO IN!!!!!! Next, In “This American Life” you had someone on here who “pretendend” to be on a fixed income for a month. Why not talk to someone who HAS had to live on a fixed income? Last, for now, you did a piece on people on the street. But, you only talked to teens, not people in their 40’s & 50’s who have been on the street since the Vietnam War & when the gov’t decided to kick all of the mentally challanged people out into the street. I know you won’t air this, but I do wish you would respond.
