I Believe In This Strong Woman

I met Yumi at a Korean restaurant while serving as a U.S. Army paratrooper in North Carolina.

She was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen.

She spoke very little English, I spoke no Korean.

We managed to learn how to communicate and we grew up together.

I believe in this strong woman.

She put me through school and only asked that I study hard.

After graduation we moved to Michigan to serve a corporate master.

She started to get sick.

She takes very good care of me.

I believe in this strong woman.

We moved to Texas to serve a new corporate master.

She is a very giving person and wastes nothing.

After hiking in Colorado her feet start to hurt.

One year of tests later, diagnosis Peripheral Neuropathy.

She takes very good care of me.

I believe in this strong woman.

Pain, feet burning, numbness, pins and needles.

Depression and the dark side.

She gets through each day.

She is much smarter than I am.

She has my love and respect.

She takes very good care of me.

I believe in this strong woman.

Now Fibromyalgia, she is much stronger than I am.

Pain is everywhere, fatigue and sleep is hard.

Cannot take pharmaceutical medications.

Herbs, proper diet and a very strong mind.

After all this she still is sweet and innocent like the day we met.

She takes very good care of me.

I am a very lucky man.

I love this strong woman.

I believe in this strong woman.
