I Believe in Supporting the Military
I have grown up in a military family. Both of my grandfathers served with the Marine Corps and both have received purple hearts. My father was in the Navy and my uncle was in the Army. Throughout the years I have heard my relatives express the frustrations about how the government is doing things but they have stayed faithful to the military. You may not agree with how the President of other officials decide to do things but you should support the military.
Even some military men and women that have gone to war or are currently in war do not always agree with what the officials have them do. These people see the military as their job. Sometimes you just have to finish the job. For instance the War on Terrorism, some Americans believe we should pull out! What about the people who have fought and lost their lives? Did they do it for nothing? You should support what they military is doing overseas.
Sometimes supporting the military can be hard. I know, my husband is serving with the Marine Corps. They jerk you around and do not tell you anything. It can get frustrating and sometimes you want to stop or give up. Don’t these men and women serving in war need your support? They do! They need to know someone appreciates them. They need to know they are not fighting for nothing!
