Buildings built and rebuilt standing there on that volcanic day

we were born thin and warm ordered to work in the order that

works the best

Bashful hot pain hiding in crumbling houses with aching frowns

but we were all upside down, with that we were given culture by breaking things

just to call them broken

We’re compelled to ruin and make

ruins of things we don’t understand no matter

how much it mattered and how much we have

in some poor suburban basements creatures are

made in molds of parents, x’s and y’s

like a disease in a cage waiting to be cured and

released.

Complications of deranged mind-sets

and twists of compelling fortitude of the

right connections stranded in a pink ribbon

unraveled and loose and striving to do things

the we believe are not evil as two rabbits split

and tear into two dreams

I’ll stand there and fight for my pride and

constant well-being of the irrational labels given

to the unheard scream or the squeak of the breaks

bringing your life to a complete stop

Clarities are not relevant but only how

you perceive a subject and the feeling accompanied

with the unknown splatters of another man’s ramblings

A rainbow colored owl mixed in confusion

may only have grey eggs
