WHAT YOU LOVE IS WHATS RIGHT
I believe that what you love to do is the road you should choose to go down in life. What you love may be boring or unsatisfying to other people but that has nothing to do with what you believe in and what you love.
I have been running cross-country since I was in the seventh grade in middle school. Ever since then, I have been where I ultimately wanted to be. I see running as an opportunity to be somebody important because its what I succeed at and something that keeps my values up and myself occupied.
When I first started running, all the students around me told me that running is not a sport and that it’s only a factor in other “real” sports. What these students say doesn’t affect me because I am leaning towards what I believe and not what others say I should.
I believe that when you start to excel at what you love to do, it should be a big sign showing you that you should continue to go towards your passion. If you try and practice, you will eventually overcome your doubts and fears and fall upon happiness because you’re doing what you love and gaining from it.
Doing what you love can be a very positive experience towards your life because it helps you gain confidence that you can do whatever you believe you can. It helps you walk the walk instead of talking the talk. Nothing is out of your reach if you try.
I believe that, I myself have gained self-confidence in myself, and that trait has helped me achieve all the goals I have set in my sport. Yes running is a sport because you have to be tough and never want or think about giving up because it doesn’t matter if you cross the finish line first or last because your doing what you love.
Doing what you love will always make you feel like you’re on a much higher step than you were before and than everyone else is. It will make you proud even if you don’t succeed at doing what you love. You will always know that you believed you could do it and that you tried to make it al happen.
Some people make it to the top and some people don’t even make it half way, but if your doing what you love, it will bring a much higher feeling of success and ultimately happiness.
