Dear This I Believe:

I read, with not inconsiderable interest, parts of

the article by John Deutch entitled “Biomass Movement”,

TWSJ, P. A18, 2006 May 10 d, wherein appeared: “. . .

that do not produce net car-bon dioxide, the major

greenhouse gas.”

Well, now, the immediately preceding quote must

surely constitute [w]one of the most egregious examples

of non sequitur now known to humankind, for, the “major

greenhouse gas” is NOT carbon dioxide, but just plain

old water vapor, I believe, I just hope you can now concur!

“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall

make you free.” (ref.: John 8:32, KJV, 1611) therefor!
